Raise emotional vibration to a higher frequency

Did you know that virtually every chronic ailment has an emotional component, which the body holds in its subconscious? In fact, the emotional factors in illness are often what keep the person sick! Even acute illnesses, such as cold and flu have an emotional aspect. We may get a cold or flu when we are stressed physically or mentally with too much to do, and then we worry about it! The illness is the body’s message to slow down, take a break, and take care of you!

Our thoughts and emotions have frequency. Thinking negatively lowers body frequency in three seconds! Thinking positively can raise it in 21 seconds to an optimum range. Lower vibrations block most of what we really want in life.  As we raise the vibrations with positive thoughts, affirmations, we start allowing what we really do want in our life to happen.

Examples of emotions and thoughts and their frequencies:

Ultralow frequencies: fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, depression, despair, grief, and apathy.

Very low frequencies, are feelings of discouragement, judgment, anger, or seeking revenge.

Low frequencies are feelings of being impatient, frustrated, bored, doubtful, or worried.

Somewhat higher frequencies include contentment and ease, hope, and encouragement.

Highest frequency emotions are love, joy, gratitude, passion, excitement, and enthusiasm.

Affirmations that help get us to these higher vibrations may be:

“I am safe, I am healthy, I am happy, I live with ease.”

“All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory.”

Bring higher frequency and balance into your life with love, gratitude and appreciation. Then follow these steps:

  1. Balance giving and receiving- Nurture yourself as well as others. We know people who constantly give, draining their body and depleting their immune system with stressful situations. Take time for do things you love to do. Tune into your body and be conscious of the messages you receive. Chronic fatigue, an accident or an illness is usually a sign to change directions. Take time to re- evaluate: Where am I going? What do I really want? What am I doing for my highest good?
  2. Take time to be alone and happy with your own company. Learn to be independent of others. You are qualified so give yourself permission to do anything you set your mind to do. If you can create it in your thoughts, you can create it in your actions and accomplishments. Let go of limited thinking that there is only one way to accomplish a task. There is always more than one way! Take what you already know and move forward with it. Go around, under or above the boulders in your life!  There is always a way. It may not be the way you imagined. Listen and take any clues that suggest another way.

 3. Forgive yourself for all the things you thought you did wrong. Feel everything. Be honest about your feelings  and speak out what you feel. Don’t hold back and do get it off your chest!  When you learn to express your emotions fully by journaling and speaking out, you raise your vibration to a higher frequency. This reduces stress and has proven to be effective in boosting the immune system.

Research shows that top-quality pure essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, and fungus cannot live. They align frequencies, which balance body systems. Emotional trauma and illness may be disrupted with the use of essential oils.

Quality essential oils are an important consideration to help us change our emotional vibes. Use oils together in a blend to work synergistically, addressing more than one aspect of a condition. Inhaling the oils is the fastest and most often preferred in balancing mood and emotions. Scents affect our emotions as they work at a subconscious level to modify emotional imbalances or change behavior. Research has shown that people surrounded with pleasant scents enjoy higher self-esteem.

Our physical body will respond to the use of essential oils used with positive thoughts, prayers and intent that help to heal best.  “Live, Laugh, and Love” and the greatest of these is love, so, start with love unconditionally, then laugh freely, and live abundantly.
